Premium Lace Up Boot, featuring a Goodyear Welted ‘Commando’ rubber sole for greater longevity and grip. Hiker is fully leather lined with a leather insole for added comfort. Hiker is handcrafted to a ‘F’ fit on our ‘024’ last, this last is a little roomier than some of our other lasts by design to allow for thicker socks to be worn. Our Hiker boot is carefully made by hand in our Wood Street factory in Northamptonshire, England.

English made Men’s shoes (and boots) are generally made in fittings E, F, G and H and these can be classified simplistically as follows:
E = NARROW
F = REGULAR
G = WIDE
H = EXTRA WIDE
The bulk of our styles are made in F fitting, as statistics show that worldwide this is the most appropriate fitting for a majority of males, but we also offer a good selection of G fitting shoes.
